Cancellation Policy

The cutoff for orders and cancellations is midnight two days before your delivery. For example, if you receive a delivery on Wednesday, your order deadline is midnight on Monday. In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, we can cancel orders until 1pm the day before your delivery, but we will charge a one-off sum to cover our costs. Please get in touch with our team to discuss this. Cancellations made later than this will be charged in full, however if you are not able to receive the delivery please let us know and we will organise a charity donation for the produce.
